great communication-quick turnaround

Doug was great. We had some serious unforeseen issue with an old loan that was keeping us from final
Approval. He was on the phone day in and out getting this all squared away for about 2 weeks straight. We appreciate him going above and beyond the traditional loan process.

Easy process, made me comfortable and convenient

This was a refinance but I have also bought two homes using his services. Not only did Travis listen to my goals, but also gives the best deal he can upfront. It was a very different experience than that of the bigger banks or loan companies that I reached out to who were constantly trying to negotiate.

Great fast transaction.

Everything you would expect from a company that gets the job done for you. All questions answered, great amount of patience for inquisitive people making lifelong choices, and the understanding of the situation especially right now with Covid/China virus. Travis was extremely easy to communicate with, via email, text, calls, etc. The application and follow up collection of documentation was incredibly easy. Travis was available at just about anytime, day or night, in sickness and in health, til death do... wait, disregard that last bit. Bottom line, Travis and Envoy were awesome. And all during the craziness that is COVID-19.
