I would highly recommend Envoy! Everything was mostly electronically very organized. I was kept well informed throughout the process & if questions came up, I quickly got answers. Everyone friendly & very patient with us through the process. Even through the COVID-19 pandemic, the process was seamless. For our safety & protection was put first. The forms that requires being signed in person, was done at the title company curbside. Excellent refinancing & excellent customer service.

My family has used Justus multiple times for refinancing and each time has been a quick and painless process. Justus is great at explaining each step of the process and making sure it keeps moving along. We recently started the refinance process prior to the recent pandemic and Justus was still able to keep the process on track with all the recent changes to the various registries and other entities involved with the process. I would highly recommend Justus for any mortgage needs!!
