James was very attentive, from the beginning to end of the process, by listening to my needs and giving options available to me.

Mostly smooth sailing and when there was a bump it was communicated and explained well and eventually handled so all in all great experience.

Communication was fluid and responsive. Only frustrating issue was after closing, the attorney did not communicate when the check was ready for pick up. We had to cal and they were like" yes it's here". Since we did a debt consolidation loan, further communication on when the pay off checks were sent should have happened so we know to watch those accounts and not pay the monthly bill.

We really liked Kelle and felt we could trust her. The online portal made everything easy to upload and the transaction went really smoothly.
