As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about the entire loan application and home buying process. Chuck and his team made this process enjoyable and seamless. They are excellent at their job and will answer every single question, no matter how mundane or "silly" it may seem, you have. Chuck was very responsive be it via text, phone, or e-mail.
