John was able to get us a better loan than our initial lender. We now have a lower interest rate, a lower monthly payment, and we are financing lower balance ($20,000.00 less). He was able do all of this while maintaining the previously established closing date.

John kept in close contact with my wife and I through out the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. At no time did we feel lost, unsure, or confused.
