It was such a great experience refinancing with such an experience team. They got me a good deal with a lower than expected interest rate with no appraisal of my property, monthly mortgage rate equally lower than we expected. No out of pocket expenses . This is a great team. I have already referred a friend.

Virna was consistently responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. She is exceptionally organized and understands the qualification and lending process very well. She was a consummate professional and collaborated well with our attorney and realtor, who also speak highly of their experience working with Virna. She walked us through it all, and we were able to close in a short time frame, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you, Virna.

Kristie gave clear instuctions on what was needed to start the refinancing process and responded quickly with any qurstions we had. She provided easy to use e-signature pages that made it easier to complete what was needed in a quick timely manner. The numbers stayed the same from beginning to end with no hidden fees. With purchasing and refinancing we used her twice and both times we closed within 30 days. If you want a quick and easy mortgage, Kristie Sullivan is the way to go!

Michael did an excellent job taking care of our loan he was persistent and very accommodating for us.

Bette provided answers to all our questions quickly and some times before we even asked. She was always very professional and very comfortable to work with. Things were done on schedule and as we had been informed. Online use was quit easy and fast.
