Mindy Lakes from Envoy Mortgage was awesome. She worked diligently to make our dreams a reality. She patiently explained everything we needed to do and was available at any time to answer my questions no matter how dumb they might be. Buying a house or Condo in our case is a very stressful experience and thanks to Mindy things went very smooth. It was a pleasure to work with Nick Paleologos and the Envoy Mortgage team. Nick was very responsive, friendly, and informative during all of our communications. He made himself available to discuss any questions that could not be resolved by email. The whole process of closing for the re-finance was done by email and e-documents which made it quick and easy.
