Patricia made sure that I was taken care of at all times. The thing that really stood out with Patricia was the fact that she took her time to break down every single detail about my process and numbers. Awesome job overall!!

Mindy and team have been very responsive to all questions big or small and no matter what time of the day. Before we even knew Mindy she was responding to our requests on a Friday night late at night to help us get pre-approved.

Jim was available 24/7 to answer any questions we had and always got back to us right away, usually within minutes. We had to put the process on hold back in early March due to the pandemic and our place of business being forced to temporarily close but as soon as we were able to reopen, Jim jumped right back in where we left off and got our refinance done quickly. Would highly recommend him and his team to anyone!
