The Loan Process was Understandable. Was keep updated.

This is my second time to work with Jenny and she is the best! I trust her 100%.

My biggest complaint was not being able to register as an American Indian, after all Liz Warren has been doing it for years, and look all the benefits it got her. The thing that set the deal apart was that it closed in our trust. No additional legal fees. Second, there were no escrow requirements.

Edwin is an excellent loan originator, but Envoy Mortgage Underwriter is so lacking of knowledge in regarding income tax, HOA, insurance....In general, the question should ask they don't ask, they asked and requested the very odd and unreasonable question, making the process so very difficult, unreasonable and very frustrated.
Anyway, thank you for working with me and providing the opportunity for me to consolidate my mortgage.
