Under the conditions of the pandemic we received a good rate , communications was acceptable and the closing transaction was effortless . The only suggestion i recommend that at closing please
communicate to customers they will need a blue ink pen. It was a challenge for us .
We had to use the processors pen and even though normally it wouldn't be an issue but during Corvid 19 it was.
