Clear communication from the start. Expectations met with excellence

Melisa worked with us to get our home when another loan company/officer didn't want to deal with an issue with our hous. She was reassuring and helpful throughout. I was anxious and probably over researched, so I asked a lot of questions. I may have been a pain-in-the rear loan applicant. :) I would like more communication, but she is busy because she is good. And now I understand that. She was helpful when it counted most and very understanding. You won't go wrong with Melisa or Envoy.

Constant follow up was helpful. Detailed next steps were appreciated and helped me organize paperwork needed in a timely fashion. Gennaro also helped and reached out to solar panel company to get specific forms needed in record time. The closing was quick and smooth and I ended up with a competitive mortgage package thanks to Gennaro 's guidance. Thank you.
