Please do yourself a favor and have Josh along your side through the process of purchasing a home!!! He has gone above and beyond to make sure I?ve achieved my dream! The level of communication was outstanding-I was educated and knew at any given moment where we stand in the process and what comes next. And did I mention resourceful and knowledgeable? He helped me achieve something that I did not know was possible-understood exactly what I needed and made it happen!

He made us feel comfortable and explained every fee along the way. He even challenged us to find a better deal with his competitors. We spoke with 3 other mortgage companies that couldn't come close

Nicole is a great mortgage agent. We did multiple rounds of refinancing with Nicole's assistance, and she provided unbiased advice every time. Also, the estimates received from Nicole up-front were very helpful in analyzing all the options. Definitely, highly recommended.
