Please do yourself a favor and have Josh along your side through the process of purchasing a home!!! He has gone above and beyond to make sure I?ve achieved my dream! The level of communication was outstanding-I was educated and knew at any given moment where we stand in the process and what comes next. And did I mention resourceful and knowledgeable?
