Communication and Transparency! Great work

Great communication. As a first time home buyer who was on a short time frame, Ann made the process easy, communicated everything upfront, and was always available when I had more than enough questions.

Wally was very communicative about each step of the process and was very easy to get in contact with whenever I had a question, no matter the time or day of the week. he beat the rate and costs of another competitor.
not sure what happened at closing regarding the credit from buyer that exceeded loan costs, but scott made sure title/escrow did what needed to be done to keep the loan amount from being changed at the last minute and causing a delay in closing.

Rebekah has been AMAZING through and through! She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and always explained every detail! Very quick response with communication! I cannot say enough great things to describe Rebekah, or my experiences, and I feel like any compliment would not be able to measure up. Anyone going through home purchasing needs a Rebekah on their team, and I most certainly will tell all my friends and coworkers about her!
