Cheryl Martin was a pleasure to work with. She was instrumental in getting a mortgage for our son's Co-op apartment. The process was time consuming and exhausting, but Cheryl kept us informed as to our next steps throughout the whole process. She was patient when I would call to ask her a million question and would answer them repeatedly in a way that would make it easy for me (us) to understand! Fast, on time, painless

Toby helped us through a horrible experience with our appraiser. When we thought the refinancing was not going to happen because of an obscenely low appraisal, Toby went to work for us and communicated what was going on every step of the process. Because of Toby's hard work our appraiser admitted he made a mistake and was off by $60,000.00. This brought the process back to life and it would not have been possible with any other mortgage company and especially with anyone else but Toby.
