I was kept informed almost daily by either email or phone of any updates and/or needs. When I had a problem getting specific, help was given without my having to ask. Closing was especially easy as all closing documents were emailed to me the day before closing. At closing, I basically just signed needed documents as I had already read through them. Excellent way to do business.

Walter was very pleasant and patient with us for our lack of knowledge of technology to apply for mortgage. He took his time explaining each step and we were confident our information was safe.
