Absolutely painless, Sarah is amazing! This is the second time I've dealt with Sarah both time have been a pleasure. She is very quick and helpful through the whole process answering all questions and concerns if any, promptly. She certainly takes the stress out of it.

Avery was always available day and night to take any question that I had and fully guide me through the issue until I had full understanding. She always got back with me in a timely manner.

Christiania managed our whole refinancing experience so well. She was on-top of any additional paperwork or information we needed to provide. The process was seamless.

Chalk was very patient with us during the application process for our refi and he took the time to make sure we knew what was happening every step of the way! Gwen was excellent in her communication of the process, was available to answer any of my questions, even off hours, and although I didn't get to meet her in person I always felt she was there to help and make the stressful process almost pleasant. I would highly recommend her for her business ethic's and understanding of her clients needs. sometimes I felt like she was reading my mind and that would ease my fears of the refinance process.
