Julie never lets us down, she explained things the way it should have been, the correct way.
Julie is a very strong gifted individual and knows her stuff. Most importantly she never left us in the dark, from start to finish she was there and that means everything.
I felt so honored to have someone who understood where I was coming from and she knew exactly how to handle it and get me in a house for my very first time.

The communication and attention to detail we received was flawless. Including the drive to the title company, I think the entire process took less than a combined 2 hours. Simple and Fast!

Scott was there day and nite with any questions we had. The only prob was having to get papers they needed in such a short time causing us to have to reschedule the closing date.

Vicki knowledge and experience put us at ease during the home buying process. She was always available to answer our questions and made time for us during non-office hours. This was the best customer service experience we have had in some time, a true professional bar none.

Eric was the best part of the entire house buying experience. Not only was he extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, but he was constantly available for questions, updates, literally anything. He went above and beyond for us multiple times throughout the process. Not to mention, he was always easily reachable. When he wasn't available to take a call or respond, he'd atleast send a quick text letting us know he would call us back. He was the one person who we really felt like had our back during this. He was seriously great and we probably would've quit trying to buy this house with the rough experiences it entailed if it weren't for him and all of his help. We've already told a ton of our friends and family about how wonderful he was and how much we recommend him. Any future house buying endeavors, we're making sure Eric at Envoy is part of it! I really can't thank Eric enough for everything he did for us. During this process, my husband and I found ourselves constantly reaching out to Eric about everything because he was the one person who was spot on, always available to talk, never made us feel dumb, had immense patience with us explaining things a couple times, and he made sure we always new what to expect. He's awesome!

I have worked with Russ and his team several times and have always been thankful how painless they make the process. I'll always come back to this amazing team.

Virna was very quick to respond and knowledgeable in this domain, she is very helpful to clarify all our questions and she pretty summed up the closing cost though she said its not accurate but the amount was almost similar.
