Best Companies Group manages the two-part selection process which includes an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and an internal employee survey. This multi-year initiative held in conjunction with Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Kentucky SHRM and Best Companies Group is designed to motivate companies toward excellence.
