About Geldie Richardson

Hello! I am proud California native, and devoted mother of three amazing sons, all raised in the vibrant community of Placer County.  I have been firmly planted in the mortgage industry since 2003. I bring over two decades of expertise and passion to my role as a trusted mortgage advisor. I love helping people, and my natural affinity for math made the mortgage industry a perfect fit. Serendipitously, my name means “money” in German—a detail that seemed to foreshadow my future in finance.
Right from the start, I distinguished myself as a purchase-focused mortgage advisor, specializing in assisting First-Time Homebuyers and expertly navigating Down Payment Assistance Programs.

In 2011, I expanded my expertise by becoming certified to originate Section 184 loans, providing specialized lending solutions for enrolled tribal members of Federally Recognized Tribes.
When I am not helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, you can find me teaching or practicing yoga, enjoying walks with my beloved corgi, soaking up live music at local venues, or letting loose with karaoke, singing, and dancing.
