I absoulotly enjoyed working with the Envoy Mortgages to obtain the loan I needed to purchase a new desired property. Specially since I like to go through every step of the deal, to understand why and how every action is needed and how they are followed by the others, why should I pay for everyone involved in the process and by how much. How my rights are preserved and what action is required to obtain them. In this process Anna Nikseresht was always next to me. Describing every aspect, how they are working, why they are needed and the means to be paid for.
Actually, I never felt left alone and always had the feeling that there is someone going through the whole process with.
At this point that closing is done, the keys handed and the house is ours; our feeling is that we are fully assisted ,satisfied and obtained a mutual understanding with Envoy and Anna for future deals.
