Ann helped me out so much, she is AWESOME!!!!! Her and fellow co-works keep me up to date on the whole loan process the entire time, and went out of her way to make the process go smoothly. Anytime she needed anything, she would walk me through it and we had very little issues. I have went through the process buying out a few time and this was the best experience I have ever had. She was very personable, professional, and great person to work with and Envoy is lucky to have her. I would like to thank Ann Johnson and the staff that helped for their great work and look forward with working with them again in the future.

Jake made me feel comfortable and he was understanding. He also explained things to where it made sense and answered any questions I had.

Josh was helpful throughout the process, made things happen quickly, very professional and friendly. All around great guy and great experience.

Bryan answered any and all questions I had throughout the process at pretty much any time, even late at night! Being a first time buyer, I was intimidated with the process but Bryan and the Envoy made it very simple and digestible.
I will most definitely be working with him and the company in the future and sending everyone who is looking for a home their way.

Shelly is amazing!! She explained every step of the process as it was happening in a way that we as first-time home buyers would easily understand. She worked so well and in such a timely manner with our us and our realtor that it truly felt like she was our friend, guide, and #1 advocate every single day from the day we started looking at houses to the day we closed on one!

Helping and making it work out

Jill and everyone at Envoy were helpful, patient and professional at all times. Buying a home and getting the mortgage was somewhat awkward since my husband and I are still living in California. My thanks to Jill and team for making it happen.

Please note that Angelo, my husband, works, so I was the one to directly communicate directly with Envoy. He does not feel qualified to review Jill. However, he is appreciative of Envoy's flexibility and patience with his "work remotely" confirmation.

I have worked with Scott in the past and he's still on top of his game, giving military members great assistance with VA support. Highly recommend!!!

Could not have asked for a better team and likely wouldn?t have gotten to this point without them. Travis goes way above and beyond anything we could expected and quickly put us at ease after many months (a year+) of trying to get an offer accepted with other lenders. The amount of education and support that was provided throughout the process is so greatly appreciated, especially in a market like this. Bottom line is, we wish we reached out sooner. Thank you!

Vicki went absolutely above and beyond to help us make our home purchase happen. Our journey was a long one that ended in our dream home. Vicki helped us submit multiple offers and crunch multiple loan scenarios. Vicki helped me, a novice, understand interest rates, buy down rates, and market fluctuations. We have had a mortgage with a big bank before and they barely spent any time working with us. The experience was stressful and impersonal. I was always left confused and uneasy.
