About Vance Pitzer

Since graduating from Virginia Tech Vance has worked as a radio talk show host a stand-up comic a real estate broker (and sales manager) and as a Performance Coach but is most proud of the 20 years spent as a Mortgage Loan Officer and the thousands of individuals and families he has successfully guided through the home buying and home loan process.

He is passionate about serving his clients and his community. Vance is a coach for the First Tee of Seattle an instructor for the Dale Carnegie Institute and has served as chairman for the Snohomish County Alzheimer’s Walk.

Outside of work Vance enjoys running fishing playing golf and is an avid reader.
