James Beaver and team have the expertise, tools and customer support that made purchasing our first home a breeze! They have this really neat online mortgage tool that broke down all the figures down for us and they were quick to update the portal with new figures as we considered different homes and mortgage structures. They handled all the heavy lifting and gave us prompt and sound advice when sought. We highly recommend James and his team!
