Being a first time home buyer, my husband and I were very new to this process. Kelly was always on top of things and got back with us quickly when we had any questions. She helped us close on our house quickly and made the process smooth. Kelly was dedicated to helping us and handled anything that was thrown our way. Kelly was a joy to work with and I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Camille's level of service and knowledge was outstanding. He took the time to answer all our questions and offered different options as circumstances changed?all during a challenging time to start a construction and mortgage loan application process. He went above and beyond looking for options when the ideal was no longer available. He responded promptly, including after office hours or during weekends. He spoke to us frankly and in a straightforward manner, taking into account our priorities.

The process moved along pretty quickly. There weren?t any surprises. Most of the process was online which makes things easy as far as getting the necessary paperwork turned in. I liked that the signing of most of the documents were done with electronic signing eliminating the need to print sign and scan.

Ali was super helpful! As first time home buyers we had a TON of questions that might have been obvious. But Ali never made us feel weird about asking anything! He was very professional and approachable and at the end of it I felt like we had really lucked out to find him. He was easy to get a hold of when we were freaking out or needing something in a rush. I would absolutely suggest working with Envoy and Ali!

Caren was always available even "after business hours" and also responded very quickly, even setting up calls same day and running numbers same day so we knew whether we wanted to put an offer in on a house.
