Bryan and Blythe were just a pleasure to work with. They returned calls promptly and even though they had a heavy workload they made us feel like we were their only clients. They were professional, thorough, patient and pleasant at all times. It wasn't even necessary to ask for assistance on some issues because they would just offer to assist you. Thank you so much for a refreshingly great experience that is unfortunately not always there anymore. This team is highly recommended by us!

Communication

Virna was very helpful from the get-go and kept us in the loop through the whole process of obtaining our mortgage. She sent helpful reminders throughout about any tasks that needed doing, which we greatly appreciated as first-time mortgagors. We also ended up satisfied with the terms of the loan, and felt that Virna helped us to get a good interest rate. Along the way, she also fielded plenty of questions from us and made sure we understood anything we were curious or concerned about. Lastly, she seemed to coordinate very well with the other folks involved in the purchase, such as our realtor and attorney. Overall, we would certainly recommend Virna and Envoy Mortgage to other homebuyers!

Robbie is an absolute LEGEND. He was able to explain everything in absolute fashion and for me being a first time homebuyer that was extremely refreshing.
