We went to Tim in the 9th of the buying process. Tim and his team hit the ground running. When another mortgage company failed, the Envoy got the job done. And I really appreciate them all.

His communication was stellar and he asked and answered all (I had a bunch) my questions. He made it very easy to trust that I was getting a fair deal and that I didn't have to worry that I was in good hands. This is a big transaction for anyone. If you are doing a refi or a new mortgage and it can get tricky. Steve has the experience to make it all very smooth to do business with. If I ever need to have this type of service again he will be the first person I contact. Thank you Steve!

We hadn't applied for a mortgage or a refi in awhile, so we were surprised at the detail of info we had to provide. That being said Jeremy did a great job in explaining to us what a difference a year makes! Any time, even on weekends when we had a question Jeremy responded.

As a first time buyer I was expecting the process to be stressful but Jessica made everything very easy. She was patient, informed and professional. I hardly feel like I did anything at all. Closing took no more than 15 minutes.

Great communication and they made everything including closing so EASY with all the electronic Docs ! They were honest about how much of a mortgage they said would be available to me and did everything they could to get me the approval I needed. If we hit any kind of little snag they were able to work it out for me with ease.
