Jonathan Koester and his team at Envoy Mortgage are the best! From start to finish their service was exemplary. I am a first time home buyer, and Jonathan's team put together great resources which helped me understand where I was in the homebuying process and what to expect next. They were all responsive and took time to answer my questions and explain things that were not clear to me. I was impressed with how fast we closed - 36 days!!! And I used both a VA Loan and down payment assistance!

As a first time buyer I was quite nervous and unsure about the process of applying for a mortgage. Virna was always easy to reach and more than willing to take the extra time to explain different aspects in detail. The email updates along the way were very helpful to keep track of how far along we were and what needed to be done to advance to the next step. Overall I was expecting a stressful and tedious process but thanks to Virna and team it was actually was quite pleasant and exciting.

Cathy was great to work with in the whole process. She was very responsive and got everything done that needed to be in a very timely and professional manner. She is dedicated at what she does. She is also very knowledgeable, and will always have an answer to your question. I would recommend Envoy and Cathy to anyone looking to purchase a home that is in need of a loan to do so. I originally was going to use a company like Rocket Mortgage, but the customer support was almost nonexistent.

Sarah always makes the time to answer my questions and makes sure I understood the process. She is always so fast to get back to me and always takes my calls. This is the second time my husband and I have used her and both times she was awesome.
