Vanessa made buying our first home very easy. She was extremely professional and was easy to get a hold of if we had questions. She sent us frequent updates to let us know where we were in the process and what next steps Wes should expect. She helped us get the best rate we could. Overall, Vanessa made what is normally a stressful experience a smooth process.
