Clear and routine communication. Timely mortgage process. As a first time home owner, I felt my questions were answered and I had a clear understanding of the process and what was needed from me.

Communication was outstanding and honest feedback on options as far as beneficial cost and savings. Step by step explanation of why certain processes are in place. Jermaine and the other staff members always answered my questions and provided time lines that were achievable.
