This loan process was extremely smooth and Shamra and the team explains the whole process to me to where I could understand what was going on. If I had additional questions they were always answered in a timely fashion and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. I was so happy to work with them and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I had to get me forms notarized and ended up referring the coworker who notarized our loan. You were able to save us both money. The process was smooth and Sarah let us know what to expect through the entire process. I never had to question what comes next.

Great person and informative

Sarah is very easy and pleasant to work with, extremely helpful and prompt when answering questions. This is our second time working with Sarah and have enjoyed both experiences.

I have never had a mortgage experience with a broker as pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful as Joan. In these difficult times she was always there for us at the drop of a hat to get us the answers to any questions we had, and to keep us informed on what we needed to do to make the process with Envoy run smoothly. Joan is a credit to your company and I would not hesitate to advise any of my family and friends to contact Joan in the future to help with their mortgage issues.

The processing team that worked for Envoy at times stated they did not have the most up to date information that I had already provided.Also, one person in the office did not know that the other person had contacted me about the same thing. While everyone was pleasant and polite about the misunderstanding, there probably could be better collaboration between the office workgroup, maybe in the way of detailed notes on the file of the communication staff had with me. Overall, a wonderful company.

Steve was very knowledgeable, easy to reach and was very quick to answer any and all questions. I am not a first time homebuyer and this was by far the smoothest real estate transaction I?ve experienced. Thank you!

Always answered any questions I had directly and very quickly.

It was my first time buying a home so I didn?t know all the steps and Greg and Jay made it very easy for me to understand everything and they were very patient. Can?t thank those guys enough for the outstanding job they did. My attorney also said they were fantastic to deal with.
