Sarah worked closely and cooperatively with our financial advisor to navigate our somewhat unusual and complex financial picture to secure us a loan with good terms. She promptly responded to inquiries throughout the process including a last minute question during the closing. Her knowledge, experience, and patience were keys to the successful outcome.

Char was outstanding! She was patient and talked us though every bit of the process. I am in real estate and there is so much I didn't know. Char was there to explain it all. She even dealt with me during my pregnancy hormonal episodes :) She is a saint. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone else in our area looking to purchase a home and we will use her in the future for any further home purchases.

Would recommend all how is looking for a house to come to ENVOY mortgage they are patient and understandable the hole team lead by Mindy make you feel like your their only customer because they always reach out to you to give updates or see how things are going I been through a couple other places trying to buy my first house and all they did was hurt my credit and told me why they couldn?t get me a house in the price I was looking at but the team here had me pre approved and ready to go in a week so glad I went to them to help me with the aggravation process Mindy was there for my closing to make sure as a first time home buyer I would be comfortable and if I had questions she would be right there just can?t thank them enough I will definitely be going back if I ever buy another house a very big thank you to all the team numbers that had anything and everything to do with my experience I would give 10 stars if I could

This was my 1st home purchase. Micheal, by far made this the smoothest large purchase I have ever experienced. He was in constant communication, along with Elaine and Kaleigh. Very informative. Could not have asked for a better experience!
