I didn?t know anything about buying a house Gio was with me every step of the way ..he explained everything to me in a way I could understand ..I got friends that went other places an I tell them about Gio an they say they wish the had him because it makes a difference

I appreciated that the information was clear and concise. Mike was not only straightforward with his advice and information but very timely as well. Mike gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision and conveyed it in an easy to understand manner without pushing me into making a decision. I already have and will continue to refer Mike and envoy mortgage to friends and family.

Sarah made uploading, accessing, and interpreting all the documents extremely easy. She also offered excellent advise and creative solutions to our situation.

Everything went very smooth, quick, and painless...Jess and her team were very helpful, available, and professional. I think the fact that there was minimum communication needed speaks volumes about preparation, and attention to detail.
