Quick and easy communication

Jeff knew what paths to take to get our loan approved. He was always friendly and patient. He went out of his way to make things go smoothly, including driving to Santa Barabara and back to retrieve some paperwork on time. He was the perfect guy for the job!

I had no experience with the home buying process. I had alot of questions anand uncertainties. If it was day or night Stever and the team would ask to call me and explain. I spoke to him several times late at night and he seemed happy to do so for me. Explained everything as many times as I needed it to be reassured. Overall good experience. Will use Steve and his company again.
