Great customer service.

We want to acknowledge Mr. Ammons' level of professionalism, knowledge, diligence during the process of our initial home purchase then subsequently for the refinancing of our mortgage. He explained the process and provided us with necessary information to make informed decisions. He also effectively communicated with us promptly via telephone and emails and kept us apprised of everything. We have recommended him to friends in the past and will continue to recommend his service to family, friends, or colleagues, etc. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Caren made every part of refinancing surprisingly simple. She gave us multiple options with pros and cons of each, which helped us make the best choice for us. She was always ready to answer questions we had. I will recommend Caren to everyone I know! 12/10 would recommend!!!!
