This was our first refinance and Harriett made our experience great! She was always very responsive and clear with our many questions. The whole process was relaxed and stress free. Even when the closing law office had a request from us that we were confused about, Harriett contacted them immediately for us to clear up the confusion. It was clear early on that we could trust her and team and we always felt comfortable with our interactions and requests for information. If I could buy 50 properties, they'd all be through Harriett!
