This experience was a night a day difference compared to my initial home buying experience wellsFargo. WellsFargo took three different representatives, Envoy was a one and done! Sometimes the silence was alarming but Michael assured me everything was moving just fine and not to worry. All the representatives I encountered ?Kaleigh and Elaine? were GREAT!!! I can?t say enough about this team, they were phenomenal! I wish everyone could experience their initial home purchase with a team like this because they would see what right looks like! Michael, Kaleigh, and Elaine thank you again for being GREAT! Even with all the questions I had, their tone was soothing and reassuring. This may be overkill but I can?t say thank you enough. Thank you :)

Tim and the team where very efficient. Had an issue with my pre approved lender. Tim and team stepped in and stepped up. Got me approved, got the appraisal ordered got me to closing in 3 weeks. They where very good at letting me know exactly what they needed to move the process along.
