I was absolutely pleased with the service I received from James Williams at Envoy. James educated me on several important details about the credit rating system. He also encouraged me stay focused along the home buying process; this gave me such comfort. After I went to closing James also called to ensure that I was satisfied with the work he had done. I wish that everyone could have this level of excellence when they purchase a home.

Betsy went above and beyond to ensure our loan processing experience went smoothly! She explained the loan process and essentially held our hand every step of the way. Betsy spent hours assisting us in crunching numbers to find the appairproate purchase price for our family. She was tireless in her dedication to help us secure a financially feasible mortgage in the face of very difficult qualifying circumstances. Betsy answered her emails and phone calls promptly and always made sure our questions were addressed in detail. We are extremely grateful Betsy was our loan officer as her professionalism, attention to detail, patience and incredible knowledge of the complex mortgage industry made our experience as seamless as possible.

This was our first time buying a house and our experience was so easy and went smoothly. Kristin and her team were always available to answer any questions that came up. We were nervous about getting a house for the first time because we didn't really know much about it, but Kristin made this such an easy process for us! their app also made it super easy to sign documents as well! 10/10 recommend!!

Jess was always ready and willing to answer my questions, and was super communicative throughout the process. I was able to confidently approach a lot of things that could have made me incredibly nervous as a first time homebuyer simply because Jess was so great at preparing me for what to expect.

They reached out at uncommon hours for emergency support, met quick turn arounds, and overall made me feel like the were looking out for me like family.
