As first-time home buyers, we needed to learn everything about the process of finding and financing a home. Chuck helped us understand the process as a whole, and then walked us through each step with patience, clarity, and context only available to someone who has been in the industry as long as he has. During the underwriting process, the communication from the entire Envoy team was clear, easy to respond to, and everyone made themselves available to answer questions. When we encountered a last-minute issue with the house during our final walk-through the day of closing, Chuck spent hours on the phone to make sure it could be resolved for us in the best possible way.
