The best part of this experience was how smooth and straighforward Kelle made this whole process. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and I was made aware of different options I hadn't even considered. Kelle made the preapproval process very easy, working within my own personal situation of only having a offer letter from my employer at the start of this whole journery and trusting what I told her. She provided answers to my questions and solutions to my problems instead of being another point of stress. Finally, the speed at which this was all completed once my offer was accepted meant the world to me as I was on a bit of a time crunch and Kelle really pulled through on helping me get into my new house ASAP. Overall had a great experience working her and will be mentioning by name when asked who I got my mortgage through instead of just side stepping the question by others.

Kris and Jodi were very heipful. They were quick to respond to questions and concerns. They kept us informed as the process moved along. We are not real good with computors and they took the time to walk us through things and to make sure we understood what to do.
