Jim was super helpful to all of our (multiple) questions that arose throughout the process. He was available on nights and weekends to answer our questions as they came up. He always made himself readily available to discuss monthly payments, closing costs, etc. The other members were of his team we worked with (Stephanie and Alec) were both more than helpful as well. Jim and his team made this stressful process a breeze and I would highly recommend to all family and friends.
