Michael Idarola is a tenacious, relentless perfectionist. What doe that mean? It means that Michael; will without fail, look for the best possible options for your lending needs.

In my personal loan situation, we needed to budget a loan with PMI (don't worry Michael will explain to you what PMI is). My loan would not allow for PMI on the loan but needed PMI to Close the loan. Talk about a "Catch 22" ( that's a conundrum for those of you who do not know the saying).

Michael found a way to solve the PMI problem and get me PMI; cross every "T," and dot every "I" on the conttracts, and get me back $12,000 bucks in Closing Costs on a half-million dollar loan.

Again, he is stellar at creative lending! And I got 12 grand to decorate my home. Not too shabby if I say so myself!
