Harriett made everything so easy. I did get 2 other lenders offers and Envoy was not the cheapest but close and everyone else made everything so internet difficult. The personal communication with Harriett made everything understandable and easy. This is my 3rd loan with Envoy and I will seek Envoy Mortgage again wherever it my be.

Awesome to deal with

Process went smooth. Buyer was a little challenging at times and she was out of the area, but they worked through things with her and we closed on time.
