Valerie went above and beyond and I so appreciated her her timely updates on the loan status without me having to reach out and ask for them. It enabled me to update my seller frequently and it was above and beyond the service I've gotten from most lenders. It was a stress fee experience that resulted in a loan approval and closing. I especially appreciated her vetting of the buyer, with a true pre-approval, so that I could confidently recommend my seller taking the offer and the home off the market into Pending status based on the buyer's vetted financing strength. I will definitely recommend her to my buyers!

Robert and his team never disappoint! They are always on it and take the time to update everyone of any new milestones or updates.

Michael and his team were great and were patient when we asked a lot of questions. At times, I'd ask a question late in the day not expecting an answer till the following day. Michael and his team were very responsive, answered questions, gave advice, or simply kept us up to speed on the next requirement within the process. This is by far a team worth having in your court!!!
