Shelly was so helpful throughout the whole loan process! This was a first home purchase for my husband and I, so we really didn't know too much of the little details that went in to buying a home. Shelly was so detailed in explaining everything we had any questions on and worked very quickly to get our loan pushed through. I would definitely recommend Shelly and her Envoy team for anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Exception, on point, knowledge, patient, encouraging, professional are just some of the words that describes Roland. He ensured the I was served the best and he did, provided a great service. His communication skill are untalkaboutable... lol... yes, that's a word.
