Communication with the listing agent

Lynn and Josie were fantastic throughout the whole process. We relocated from the UK, so the US mortgage process and application were new to us. Both Lynn and Josie supported us through each step, answering many of our questions and always keeping us up to date with status of application. They made this transition and application both simple and seamless! Thank you!

The reason my experience was wonderful was because I worked with two amazing, smart, attentive ladies. If it had not been for Tiffany Moxley and Bernice Mannion I don't think I'd be an Envoy customer. It was like these ladies were fighting for me to get my home as much as I was. Whenever I had a question I could call, email, text or send a carrier pigeon and they would respond. It didn't matter the hour or day of the week they were available. I get that they say Envoy team, but those ladies were Team Johnson-Gaines.....on my team! I simply know I would have walked away if it had not been for Tiffany and Bernice!!! I thank God they were assigned to me.

Vic was very willing to help me out and explain most of the stuff going on, being a first time homebuyer and homeowner I did not know or understand some of the things but Vic was always there to help me when I was confused.

Many of the delays or negative experiences we had were with the builder and specifically production and lack of communication from completing the basement and being transparent. Bernice was great once we got a hold of her but getting in touch with her was admittedly tough at first for whatever reason. Jill was responsive and was able to explain a lot of different options as well as talk through some of our concerns with interest rates and tax assumptions. Overall, we are happy that it is over and happy to be in our new home.

Jill provided excellent advice and communication. I was always aware of progress being made. The online portal that Envoy uses is very streamlined and easy to use. I was never in doubt of what was required of me. The best part? When I got settlement and everything was 100% ready to go.
