This was my first experience dealing with Envoy. They were there from the very beginning (starting with the pre-approval letter used to make my offer) all the way through close. Nick, Joe, and Kevin were very responsive. They were also fantastic in terms of moving the process along quickly since we were on a tight schedule. The online simplenexis portal was instrumental in providing a nice user experience as I always knew where we were in the process. I will be doing more deals in the future with Envoy!
