Jake is a great lender, I have not done a deal with him yet where the listing agent doesn't compliment him afterwards. Touches base well, handles all situations with grace and is just really easy to do business with.

Right from the beginning, Doug and Dianne made sure I had all my questions answered. They were always available via email/phone/text when I was making the decision to refinance. From start to finish this was the easiest transaction I have ever done. I will most definitely be using Envoy again for any mortgage needs.
