I live on Maui - the house we purchased is in the Eastern UP of Michigan. I was referred to Paul via Robin ( a friend of mine that is also a realtor) and her contact Melissa w/Envoy.

From the time that we started with getting my financial status approved to the closing was under 90 days. Realistically when
we decided on the house - it was at, or just over 30 days, that we were able to close.

Paul stayed in contact the entire process and was always there to answer any questions I had. To be honest ... it seemed much
easier, despite the distance and time zones, than many friends that have been through the process of purchasing a home.

Never made to feel like we had a stupid question. They worked all possible angles to help us with out question. Response time to our calls or emails was fantastic. So very thankful for this team during what is a very nerve-racking and stressful situation.
