My loan was a difficult one. Getting a mobile home through an FHA loan is not easy, as it turns out. John did an excellent job and answered any questions I had with a great and positive attitude. He also was able to find a down payment assistance program that was even more difficult to maneuver, but he did it with grace and made it look easy. I couldn?t recommend him enough.

Debra was so amazing throughout this whole experience. I had so many questions and she was very responsive and always willing to get on the phone and talk through things with me. She explained everything thoroughly and was available when I needed her. I?m so happy and grateful I got to work with her through this process!
